When people go to heaven, they will be able to walk around and enjoy their lives there forever. The friends and family they left behind on earth will join them there once they die. It is also true that we can go to hell if we fail to obey God’s commands.
People who fail to follow every word of the Bible can go to hell. This happens because God wants us to obey his commandments so we can live forever with him forever in heaven. If we disobey, we can go to hell or we can be punished by fire for eternity.
Hell is also called “the second death,” which means that people who go there don’t wake up again after they die. They never come out of hell and never get punished for anything they did wrong on earth.
